Resume Writing Services

    Over the past twenty years, we’ve written or reviewed thousands of resumes.  We’re pleased to announce that we are now
    officially offering this as a line of service through Maverick Search.  We’re piloting these resume writing services with a few
    things in mind:

    - We know our niche.  We’re best suited for job seekers with a consulting, strategic planning, market or product strategy, or
    investment background.  We’re a small organization, and prefer to work with a smaller set of clients who “get” our
    specialization as much as we do theirs.  That said, if your career has taken outside one of these paths, we'd still love to
    hear from you, since our own experience has taken us outside of our niche at times as well.

    - We aren’t about frills, we’re about content.  The formats and styles we’ve employed when working with resumes over
    the past couple of decades convey your experience in a streamlined, effective way.  The emphasis should be on your
    experience, not multiple summaries, distracting fonts, borders or big bullets.  As recruiters who have hired or placed
    hundreds of “strategic” or “analytical” people over the years, we have very solid ideas of what hiring managers view as
    making candidates stand out in an often crowded sea of resumes.

    - We’re listening.  We’ll speak with you at length over the phone (or in person if in the Boston area). We’ll listen to what you’
    ve done, where you’ve excelled, where you’re headed, and how you see all those factors lining up.  Each resume we craft is
    as unique as the job seeker that owns it.

    - We’re here for you.  Simply put, we’re flexible.  Need to get a resume together with only 1-2 days notice?  No problem.  
    We may apply a small premium to our fee for rush jobs, but when opportunities strike, you don’t always have the luxury of
    time in re-working a resume to suit specific job requirements.  We’ll work with you to meet tough deadlines if needed.

    Resume Package Pricing and Process:

    Highlights
    - One-on-one consultation over the phone or in person to walk through your background, experience, and desired
    outcomes in your new role.
    - Composition of a content-rich, results-focused resume in an attractive layout in Word, PDF and text/ACSII formats.   
    - Free evaluation of one cover letter.

    Pricing
    - Entry-level (0-3 years of experience): $100.
    - Mid-level (3-7 years of experience, including graduate degrees if applicable): $250.
    - Director level (7-12 years of experience): $500.
    - Executive level (12+ years of experience): $750.
    - If more than one version of a resume is appropriate for you, as is frequently the case for those not in the entry-level stages
    of their career, we’ll develop a second version of your resume for a flat fee of $75.
