Michelle Desaulniers
Michelle has almost twenty years of recruiting experience, ranging
from analysts to executives, across a wide range of industries. Prior
to founding Maverick, Michelle spent five years as the head of a
specialized staffing practice at Stax Inc., where she delivered project-
based and full-time talent to private equity firms, corporate strategy
groups, and strategy consulting firms. Before joining Stax, Michelle
managed international recruitment campaigns for strategy
consulting firms including The Mac Group/Gemini Consulting and
The Boston Consulting Group. In addition, she spent four years with
Olsten Corporation, a then-$4B contingent-staffing agency.
Katie Lynch
Before joining Maverick Search, Katie spent five years with Stax Inc.
managing recruitment programs for the firm’s market research and
analysis practice. She helped build a contractor workforce of over
four hundred people, and staffed complex, often multi-country/lingual
resources on projects, frequently on extremely short notice. Prior to
joining Stax, Katie’s recruiting career began with Gemini
Consulting/Capgemini, an international management and IT
consulting firm, where she ultimately led the firm’s U.S. campus
recruitment efforts.
